4669_86 Sewer

Contractor is only doing cleanup today. Valving to be in for force main on Wednesday of this week so work can continue. 

Crew never worked yesterday, nor will they work today. Awaiting valving to come in for force main.  Sime clean up may occur on Tower road or ar Branson Cedars. 

07:28am- Crew has now moved pipe up to bore location and are installing the last few sections of pipe with the spacers that arrived finally.  07:59am- 1st of 3 joints with spacers going in this morning.  09:21am- 3.5 joints in now to complete loading of the bore! This last skid will be loosened and moved up into the bore pipe.  09:55am- Back over to the north side of bore now laying gravel for more pipe.  10:39am- Line is now tied into MH A-03 and service connection wye is installed for fire department future connection.  Line is lamped by light back through bore from MH A-03.  11:04am- Boot is now around casing and pipe on north end. Gravel backfill to continue.  12:43pm- Crew mow at existing MH 02 thats been cored to make pipe connection.  13:14pm- Line is now connected to MH 02.  90* turn down will fit! 13:21pm- Gravel backfill now going in as pipe gets chinked in place.  13:53pm- Work is now starting to get lateral laid for fire depa...

Contractor not working today- Supposed to work tomorrow, Tuesday, to finish tying in gravity. 

No work today, spacers still not arrived onsite.  Walked and staked out part of Ph2 with Jacob for alignment purposes on Option 1 per original layout. 

07:25am- Crew will not be working today due to spacers being the wrong size. I will be meeting John Escobar this morning to walk the proposed alignment on the force main; of which he has been asked to provide costs for installation between the two new proposed lift stations. 

06:56am- Crew sweeping in road cut on Devils Pool this morning as equipment is leaving site.  07:50am- Moving structures this morning to their appropriate locations along force main.  08:22am- ARV structure now set at STA 41+32.  09:03am- Prepping subgrade to except structure at STA 45+31.  09:38am- ARV structure now set! 10:34am- Dirt is being pulled atop of the line path so that dozer can make easy work of leveling out spoils.  10:46am- Pipe and spacer's are delivered today to allow for finishing up bore and getting force main tied in.  12:39pm- Paving on old Shooting Academy Rd is now finished. Patch work turned out nicely! Seen Marty w/Big Cedar and he was happy with it.  13:25pm- Road patch on Devils Pool Rd is now underway. 13:49pm- Half of Devils Pool now patched.  14:30pm- Devils Pool now finished with patch work! 15:01pm- Some cleanup around cabin taking place so that we are out of the way for some work that will be starting on it. 16:23p...

07:07am- Back to digging on gravity line here at fire station. Plan is to get line to MH A-03 and set it; then get bore tied into it.  08:06am- Having the curb cut due to damage so it can be torn out and redone when pad is repaired.  10:32am- Curbing is now removed and ditch is to manhole location. Excavator now digging to get bore ditch over to manhole location.  11:40am- Ditches are almost together! One more truck load to be taken out should do it! 12:27pm- Ditches are now together and manhole to be set next! 13:27pm- MH A-03 set now and line is lamped by laser to MH A-02.  14:52pm- Crew sets 27” con-shield barrel section onto MH A-02.  After ram-neck, cone goes on.  15:17pm- Cone placed onto MH A-03 base now.  16:34pm-MH A-03 is now blocked off and gravel has been placed around it to a point.  MH A-02 is now graveled up as well.
