9:10am Contractor still drilling holes into wet well
10:40am Setting valves and pipes in vault 

1:10pm Contractor received a new drill bit. Continue to drill wet well.

Flat creek has opted to leave construction site and return tomorrow morning after holes in wet well have been completed

2:46pm Sub-Contractor completed holes in wet well. Will return tomorrow to install valve vault.
